À l'occasion de Playtime, Marcello & Fils a créé et aménagé un studio de radio mobile, un territoire temporaire, conçu pour y accueillir l'événement social, artistique et discursif. Il est composé d'un microstudio d'enregistrement et de broadcast, d'un salon de discussion et d'un bar. Modulable et mobile, RADIO TOPO prend la forme d'un monolithe massif et "opaque", dissimulant et préservant son activité interne & radiophonique de l'attention extérieur, mais peux également, au gré des programmes se désassembler et ouvrir ses cloisons pour devenir une scène et un "campement" à la convivialité exacerbé, digne d'un festival. Chaque jour, le studio trouve un emplacement différent entre l'intérieur de Bétonsalon et l'esplanade Pierre Vidal Naquet, et donne de nouvelles articulations entre Bétonsalon et l'extérieur.


Une grille est présente au sein du studio et est remplie chaque semaine par les intervenants.


Programme
• De 12h à 14h tous les jours – le direct : les étudiants de l'Université Paris Diderot - Paris 7 sont invités à venir prendre la parole pour raconter leur actualité. Ces moments sont aussi l'occasion de débats, d'annonces publiques, de diffusion d'enregistrements, etc. Membres de bétonsalon, professeurs et étudiants, les animateurs changent régulièrement.
• De 14h à 19h tous les jours – la visite : au cours de l'échange avec les guides, les visiteurs sont invités à proposer une prise de parole qui soit un prolongement de cet échange. De format et de contenu libre, ces prise de parole saisissent un moment de l'activité du festival et constituent une partie de son archive.
• Événements : les événements de Playtime sont l'occasion d'une diffusion et d'un agencement spécifique de la radio.
• Émissions proposées par les étudiants.


Sous différentes appellations (Section 8, Marcello & Fils, Bookstr, B.S.O...) et de nombreuses collaborations (GlobalHeart Me, Ciguë, ODA Projesi...), Matthieu Prat a endossé la posture du producteur/diffuseur pour créer des dispositifs permettant la réalisation de studios de radio, événements live et performances, sessions d'enregistrements, mais a également commissionné un soundsystem à Marck Leckey ou tenu une mini-librairie à Istanbul. Aujourd'hui, il collecte des documents, a présenté une publication à tirage unique, conçoit un hameau en Transylvanie, une piste de karting et organise un concours d'architecture pour une cause perdue.


Ciguë est un collectif d'architectes et plasticiens, né de la volonté de (re)confrontation directe à l'acte basic de construction et de transformation de la matière. Une grande partie du travail de Ciguë se place dans l'interstice entre dessin et construction, entre projection et mise en œuvre, ce moment de passage à l'acte, à la matière. Nous défendons la combinatoire de l'acte et de la pensée. Notre démarche expérimente un lieu et un moment où
l'architecte, l'artiste, l'artisan, le penseur, le constructeur, le plasticien, le fabricateur, l'ouvrier, … deviennent une même entité productrice. Se fondre dans le contexte, faire avec le lieu, questionner les frontières, flouter les échelles, créer du territoire. Fondée en 2003 à Paris, France, par Camille Bénard, Hugo Haas, Adrian Hunfalvay, Guillem Renard (Architectes HMNOP Paris-La Villette, 2008), Erwan Levêque & Alphonse Sarthout (Architectes DPLG Paris-
La Villette, 2007). Les ateliers sont actuellement situés en région parisienne. En 2008, le collectif se restructure et fonde Ciguë SARL d'architecture comme organe de développement des activités liées à la conception pure, alliée à Ciguë SARL de menuiserie développant les activités liées à la conception-réalisation.


Tal Hadad (1976) présente une version plasticienne de « sound wall » adapter au dispositif de RADIO TOPO. Cette proposition fait écho aux récentes recherches de Global heart me sur les Sound systems des campagnes brésiliennes.
Tal Hadad a collaboré dans des projets sonores avec de nombreux artistes comme Cao Fei ou Mark Leckey. Ses dernières interventions ont eu lieu à Verbo a Sao Paulo (Juillet 2009), ANNE+ (Septembre 2008), au Plateau, Paris (2008, avec Cao Fei), au Kunst Werke Art Center in Berlin (2006), au DIAF Contemporary Art Festival à Pékin (2006) et dans le cadre de la Biennale d'Istanbul (2005).

At Playtime, Marcello & Fils has created and built a mobile radio studio, a temporary territory, designed to accommodate the social event, artistic and discursive. It consists of a micro-studio recording and broadcast, a chat room and a bar. Modular and mobile, RADIO TOPO takes the form of a solid monolith and "opaque", concealing and preserving its internal activity and radio attention outside, but can also, with sandstone programs and disassemble to open its walls to become a scene and a "camp" on exacerbated conviviality worthy of a festival. The studio and its equipment moves between Bétonsalon for the production and distribution of its podcasts and a live broadcast amplified on the esplanade Pierre Vidal Naquet (from 12h to 14h and 18h to 19h). The radio program is open to all. A grid is present in the studio and is filled each week by the interventions.

Matthieu Prat / Marcello & Fils
Under different names (Section 8, Marcello & Fils, Bookstr, BSO ..) and numerous collaborations (Global Heart Me, Ciguë, ODA Projesi ...), Matthieu Prat assumed the posture of the producer / broadcaster to create mechanisms for the realization of radio studios, events and live performances, recording sessions, but has also commissioned a soundsystem Mark Leckey for or held a mini-library in Istanbul. Today, it collects documents, presented a single publication run, creates a village in Transylvania, a karting track and organize an architectural competition for a lost cause.

Ciguë
Ciguë is a collective of architects and artists, born of the desire to (re) direct confrontation with the basic act of construction and transformation of matter. Much of the work of hemlock goes into the gap between design and construction, between projection and implementation, this time passing to the act, to the matter. We defend the combination of act and thought. Our approach is piloting a place and a time when the architect, artist, artisan, the thinker, the builder, the artist, the manufacturer, the laborer, ... become a producing entity. Blend into the background, done with the place, questioning the boundaries flout scales, creating the territory. Founded in 2003 in Paris, France, by Camille Bénard, Hugo Haas, Adrian Hunfalvay, Guillem Renard (Architects HMNOP Paris-La Villette, 2008), Erwan & Levêque Sarthout Alphonse (Architectes DPLG Paris-La Villette, 2007). The workshops are currently located in the Paris region. In 2008, the group restructures Ciguë SARL based architecture as its development activities related to the pure design combined with Ciguë SARL Carpentry developing activities related to creation and doing.

Tal Hadad
Tal Hadad, provides a visual version of "sound wall" adapted to the device of RADIO TOPO. This proposal responds to recent research from Global heart me on the Sound systems of the Brazilian countryside.
Tal Hadad collaborated on projects with many sound artists such as Cao Fei and Mark Leckey. His recent interventions have been held in a Sao Paulo Verbo (July 2009), ANNE + (September 2008), the Plateau, Paris (2008, with Cao Fei), the Kunst Werke Art Center in Berlin (2006), DIAF Contemporary Art Festival in Beijing (2006) and as part of the Istanbul Biennial (2005).
